Introduction
These general terms and conditions apply to all services purchased on AlignedLife.world, CVR number 46486552. Together with the order confirmation, they form the contractual basis for purchase.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc. without written permission from AlignedLife.
Please note that working with Iben is a complimentary modality that does not substitute for medical interventions or therapy.
Payment
You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, via bank transfer or mobile pay. If you use MasterCard Debit, a debit card, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card's terms and conditions until we either withdraw or decline the payment.
All prices for private services and events are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, which is 25% of the purchase price. The VAT amount appears on the invoice.
All prices for business services are in Danish kroner (DKK) and exclude VAT, which is an additional 25% of the purchase price. The VAT amount appears on the invoice.
Prices
Prices are subject to error and emissions and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All payments must be received in full prior to any booking confirmation. Readings, sessions and events must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
Services
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services.
Services may be unavailable if we are full and we are unable to take on additional clients.
Cancellation
Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed sessions, or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, are not subject to refunds or rescheduling.
Please note, after your session or event has been delivered, there are no refunds available.
Applicable to events
Payment is made upon booking and serves as confirmation of the booking. Purchase of the service is binding, and the money will not be refunded. If you cannot attend the event yourself, you are welcome to give your place to someone else, by written agreement.

Applicable to personal events and ceremonies
Payment is made upon booking and serves as confirmation of the booking. Cancellation or change of time must be made no later than 7 days before the agreed time for the personal event or ceremony. Cancellation less than seven days in advance, is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, are not subject to refunds or rescheduling.
In certain cases, it is possible to arrange a new date and time, subject to additional an additional fee.
Please note, after your personal event or ceremony has been delivered, there are no refunds available.
