This is a high frequency healing aimed at a specific body part, symptom or ailment you are struggling with.
This session is remote, so nothing specific is required on your end.
If you want to, you can find a quiet and comfortable place to rest and relax while the healing is conducted, which will make it easier to notice changes and differences in your body. This is not necessary for the healing to work. My remote healings are equally as powerful as in person healings.
I will let you know once I start the healing session, and after I am done I will send you a follow up with my findings.
Expect, that after the healing session you will need to take action steps yourself, in order for the healing to solidify and last in the physical. I will provide you with insights around the emotional root cause for your physcial ailment, as will as practical tools to shift the root cause and deepen the healing.
It is normal to experience detox symptoms either during or after the healing, that can last for a couple of days. After this, you will typically feel lighter, energized and have more clarity. Some feel this change right away.
It is best to avoid alcohol and similar substances for for two days prior and three days after the healing. I recommend you take it easy, stay hydrated and generally take good care of yourself.
